Credit Card Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Your credit card statement will show a charge from ONLINE SALES (800) 992-2330. The toll free number is included in the name for your convenience and so we can easily be reached to answer any questions about charges. If you believe you have a discrepancy in your bill please call toll free (800) 992-2330. We will immediately resolve any discrepancies.

International Credit Cards
We accept most Visa and Mastercard cards issued by US banks. Credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States may not be accepted.

Secure Server Checkout
Our Secure Credit Card Processor is Verisign and Visa approved for credit card transactions. For your protection, and to prevent any duplication of orders, you cannot submit an order within 5 minutes of a previous order. If you fail to connect to the secure server at checkout, please click the Back button in your browser once and try again.

Declined Charges
You must fill in the credit card billing address fields exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. If you believe your credit card has been declined unnecessarily, first check your billing address, account number and expiration date for errors. In some instances, if you have moved your billing address recently you may be unnecessarily declined. If possible, try a different credit card account or call our phone center (800) 992-2330 and we will attempt to resolve the problem.

Your eMail Receipt
Each approved credit card transactions sends an email receipt to the email address you provide on the initial step of the checkout process. Your email receipt includes your Online Tracking Number. The email address you provide us for your eMail Receip must be valid.

Your Packing Slip
The packing slip in your order lists each item in your order. Backordered items will appear with their quantity printed in the backorder column of your packing slip.

Paying by Check or Money Order
Some personal checks may require up to 15 business days to verify that the funds are present in the account. Your order will be shipped as soon as your check has been approved. Money Orders are verified faster. We cannot accept checks over the phone or via fax. To speed up processing of your order, add the items you wish to order by mail to the shopping cart of the online store. Proceed with the checkout process and fill in all the fields until you reach Select a Payment Method on the Payment page. Select Pay by Mail. Print your order and follow the instructions included to mail your order and payment. You may immediately begin tracking your order online we will validate and ship your order as soon as your check or money order has been processed.

Paying by Fax
Using a credit card account you may pay for your order by faxing your printed order (available at checkout - select Pay by Fax) to our 24 hour fax line: (216) 416-4945. We will process your credit card transaction, validate your order online and send you an email receipt so you may track your order online.

Paying by Phone
You may charge your order to a credit card by speaking to one of our customer service representatives. Add the items you wish to order by phone to the shopping cart of the online store. Proceed with the checkout process and fill in all the fields until you reach Select a Payment Method on the Payment page. Select Pay by Phone for instructions and if possible print the page before you call. If you cannot print the page, simply write down the Order Number of your order before you call.

Credits and Coupons
Upon request, we will issue a Credit equivalent to the cash amount of any item that we cannot ship within 30 days. To recieve coupons you must be signed up for our newsletter. To use a coupon, enter the numberical code you recieved via email into the Pay By Voucher field at checkout. Any remaining balance of your order will prompt you to select an additional method of payment.
