STORE CREDIT AND COUPONS

What is a Store Credit
A store credit is applied to your account when you request we cancel an order for any item you have paid for. The dollar value of your store credit will automatically be applied to the TOTAL in your shopping cart at the time of your next purchase. If a balance remains on the dollar value of your store credit, the remainder of your store credit will be applied to subsequent orders until the dollar value of the store credit is exhausted.

Using a Store Credit
Add items to your shopping cart and click the CHECKOUT link. Enter your SHIPPING ADDRESS and continue to the next page to select your SHIPPING METHOD. If the dollar value of your store credit pays the entire balance of your order, instead of continuing to the PAYMENT METHOD page you will be presented with an Order Number on the CONFIRMATION page. If the dollar value of your store credit pays for part of your order and a balance remains, you will be prompted with the PAYMENT METHOD page to choose a method of payment.

Troubleshooting Store Credit Problems
Once your store credit is used as a method of payment, the dollar amount used is immediately subtracted from the dollar value of the store credit. If you are prompted for a method of payment and do not finish checking out, please call us so we may either restore the balance of your store credit or issue another one.
If your credit card is declined click the back button twice and choose another method of payment. If you do not finish the checkout process, please call us so we may either restore the balance of your store credit or issue another one.
